“Add to favourites” button

Provides an easy way to bookmark the Tour in your Internet Explorer favourites. If “make available offline” is selected, then you will be able to play the Property Tour without an internet connection – ideal for client demonstrations.

Bullet point summary

To summarise the best features of the property, up to ten bullet points are displayed at the end of each Property Tour.

Details of up to 2 agents

A picture, email address, street address and phone number of the sales agent is provided. An additional set of details can be included where two sales agents are involved.

“Email a friend” button

Opens the program you use for email and formats an email for you with the property name as the subject and a link to the Tour in the body.

Extra info box

Very useful for properties with so much to say about them. Here we can include information which would be too detailed for the narrative e.g. room dimensions, appliance information or historical/ local facts. Provided through an attractive “typewriter” effect.

Floor plans

Recognised by the industry as the best solution for displaying floor plans. Up to 6 floor plans can be presented, each accessed through their own “tab”, with their own personal and easy to use zoom, drag and memory settings. Clicking on the camera icon presents a picture of the room so the viewer need never forget how the room looks while browsing the floor plan.

Intro animation

To reinforce your branding, your company name or logo is animated to act as an introduction to the Tour.

Intro scene with agent logo, property price & name

A classic start to the Tour, introducing your brand and the main property details which blend seamlessly into the presentation.

Local area map & local info

Links are provided that take you directly to a Google map of the property and a page of local, pertinent information.

Media bar and Seek bar

To maximise the viewing area, the media bar on the Standard and Plus Tours helpfully hides itself after a short period of inactivity. As soon as the mouse is moved over the Tour, the media bar reappears. The seek bar, which is designed to fast forward and rewind through the Tour, is included in this behaviour.

Music preview & selection

Audition and select the music for your Tour that matches the character of your property from our extensive and varied professional music library.

Personalised player branding

Your player will be branded with your company colours, graphics and fonts to reinforce your brand and appear to the viewer that they’ve never left your web site.

Photo gallery

Easy to use and very sophisticated. Our “Photo shoot” gallery holds an unlimited number of images of the property and allows the viewer to zoom in and move the pictures to closely inspect the features / rooms. As the pictures provided are those personally vetted and uploaded by you, there are no security concerns.

Picture transition selection

Browse a large gallery of animated clips and select the picture transition that’s right for your Tour. This is the transition that will appear as the scene changes (up to five times in a Tour).

Scene titles & keywords

Up to five titles can be given to different scenes from your Tour (e.g. “reception rooms”; “gardens”; “modern living”). Keywords are the subtle but suggestive on screen messages that highlight a feature or benefit.

Scene selector buttons

Up to five buttons are included which will jump the presentation to preset points (e.g. kitchen, gardens).

Schedule a viewing form

The purpose of the Property Tour is to motivate viewers to view the property in person. Providing this detailed form immediately after the Tour has finished is the perfect “call to action”. All details are sent through to the sales agent.

Script writing service

Our professional writers will take your existing text and convert it into a voice-over script of the correct length which breathes life into the Tour. This script will be included within a storyboard (together with the pictures and all other Tour details) which will be emailed to the contact named on the order for checking / amending and sign-off.

Sound effects

Be it a babbling brook, bird songs, or wind in the leaves, all can be added to bring the Tour to life.

Subtitles

Large, easy to read subtitles are provided and are accurately synchronised with the narration (even when the seek bar is used to jump to another part of the show). They are turned on by default for the Standard Tour but can be turned off as required. When on, they remain displayed even when the media bar auto-hides.

Video effect on pictures

Each picture will be animated to realistically imitate the movement and inertia of a video camera. In addition to pans and zooms, this will also include sweeping curves in the movement, changes in the speed and rotation of the image.

Voice over (male / female)

We offer a choice of professional male or female voice artistes. If “no preference” is selected in the order we will match the gender of the artiste to that of the sales agent.
