Q. Will ordering a Property Tour ™ require extra effort by the Agent or extra hassle for the vendor?

A. No. We keep additional work, disruption and inconvenience to a minimum. All the materials we use already exist - all that is required is that the agent uploads them to us via our website and that the storyboard is checked prior to recording. The vendor isn’t inconvenienced at all as no additional visits to the property are required.

Q. How many pictures do I need?

A. For the Premier Tour (up to 3 minutes long) approximately 25 pictures are required. For the Plus and Standard tours (up to 2 minutes long) approximately 15 pictures are required.

Q. Do the pictures provided to you have to be “special”?

A. No. Standard pictures taken from a digital camera are perfect. We optimise the colours and brightness and replace white / grey sky with blue where required. However, if you have higher resolution pictures, the results will be superior, and if you use a wide angle lense when taking the pictures then more features can be included in the same movie clip.
